Dear all, I am writing today to share my testimony of how the Lord helped me in my battle against weight loss. Over the last 16 months, I have lost an incredible 100 pounds, and I am so grateful for the strength and support that God has given me throughout this journey. I started by embracing intermittent dieting and made a conscious decision to eat clean, avoiding processed foods and focusing on whole, nutrient-dense foods that nourished my body. I also carried an Armor of God challenge coin in my pocket every day as a reminder to be strong in the Lord and to fight the battle of weight loss that I had been struggling with for years. Through prayer and reading the Word, I found the strength and courage to continue this path, even on the days when I felt weak or discouraged. I was also blessed to have the support of my friends and my wife, who encouraged me and helped me stay accountable. In addition, I am grateful for my incredible co-workers who have helped me on my journey. I have learned that one should never face a battle by themselves. But ultimately, it was God who gave me the strength and perseverance to keep going, even when the journey seemed long and difficult. I am so grateful for His grace and mercy, and I give all the praise and glory to Him for helping me achieve this amazing feat. So, if you are struggling with weight loss, I encourage you to turn to the Lord for strength and support. With His help, anything is possible, and you can achieve your goals and live a healthier, happier life. If you find yourself struggling with you your own life issues, I encourage you to reach out to other members of the Armor of God Coin Challenge for support and encouragement. Never walk alone! Thank you, Lord, for helping me through this journey, and for being my rock and my guide in all things. I trust in you for my strength and support, and I know that with your help, I can continue to achieve great things. Amen

Drew,
An amazing story of weight loss! i’ve been so proud of you as I watched you fight this battle and win! I’m inspired! keep up with the discipline and avoid the temptation to over eat or “slip“ back! As you’ve ”shrunk” in size, I’ve watch you “grow” in your faith and I am very proud of you! Good job!
