It has been a few since I have posted here on what our God is doing through the Armor of God coins. Since I received my own coin in September, and then Don sending me many to hand out, I have experienced so many spiritual experiences. I have already shared a few. Here is another one......
In the past month I have given out coins to mostly men that are having either a worldly struggle or a struggle with faith. One man in particular called me yesterday to update me on how he is doing. A little background, I am in recovery for alcoholism (17 years clean) and God's ministry of Celebrate Recovery got me on the sober road. I served in CR for 17 years and met many men. A month ago, this man I had met through Celebrate Recovery called me and he was in a bad way. Not really wanting to live. We got together immediately and one of the first things I did was pray and give him a coin. There is a lot to the story but I had told him to feel the coin in his pocket and rub the armor with his fingers whenever you feel anxious. The texture of the coin brings me comfort.
This man called me yesterday and is doing much better. He told me this coin came at a perfect time. (Our God is good!) Then he asked "If I wear this coin out rubbing it, would I be able to get another with the same number?" I said Don will make it happen if needed brother!
I adore our God.
We worship a GOD who LIVED and who LIVES (who is alive)!!! #DaniPrakash
I adore our god as well....
And I really admire you! And I applaud everyone doing hard, recovery work. To God be the glory.

Praise the Lord! May God continue to use you Greg.
Terrific story Greg of how God is using you to minister to others and help those who are in a life battle. Celebrate Recovery is a wonderful program that is designed to help those who struggle with a "hurts, habits or hang ups", that includes all of us!
As I've said before, the Armor of God coin is just a piece of inexpensive metal, But, it serves as a reminder that there is a Creatror who loves us, who cares about our situations and has made provision through Jesus. God has given us the free gift of Salvation and redemption through Christ and the armor of God as a protection against the evil that is attacking us. So gear up daily and Pray! So thankful for you Greg and for your heart. It was a pleasure meeting you and your family in Austin Texas a couple months ago! I look forward to seeing you again and keep on Challenging people and use the coin as a "bridge" for conversation and encouragement! And "yes", if your friend "wears his coin out", I'll see what I can do to replace it with a new "same numbered" coin! God Bless! - Don coin 0001
